These classes focus on improving your overall strength through the 3 fundamental Power Lifting exercises – Squat, Bench and Deadlift. Our coaches will analyse your technique, encourage confidence in lifting, and cheer you on all the way. 

OUR STRENGTH OPTIONS

Strength 101

Strength 101 is an all levels strength class suitable for beginners to experienced lifters. This is where you will be coached through how to perform each lift safely and as efficiently & effectively as possible for your own goals.

Strength for grapplers

Strength for Grapplers is designed specifically to help you make gains which carry over to your performance on the mats in BJJ or any other grappling discipline. This class is suitable for all levels of both grappling and/or strength training.

FITNESS

OUR FITNESS OPTIONS

Fight Fit

Burn fat – fast, whilst getting fight fit with our intensive circuits designed to increase your fitness and build lean muscle mass. Fight Fit will help you with achieving the peak level of functional strength and conditioning. You will incorporate fighting skills in these 30/60 minute classes with pulse-raising, focus-driven, skill-strengthening exercises.
