Lon has been a competing athlete since the age of 8. Since then, he has competed at both European and international competitions in kickboxing. Lonnie is now an up-and-coming 4-0 MMA fighter in Cagewarriors and is currently managed and coached by UFC legend Brad ‘One Punch’ Pickett, as well as several skill-specific coaches from Elevate Martial Arts.
You can find Lon teaching kids classes, and adults boxing classes. He is also available for PT to progress in any of the above skills.
