Lon has been a competing athlete since the age of 8. He has competed at both European and international competitions in kickboxing at the start of his career before progressing to MMA. As a professional MMA fighter Lon has competed on CageWarriors and held an undefeated pro record and is now an up-and-coming prospect in the UFC breaking into the top 15 fighters in his weight class in the world.
YDespite his success as a professional fighter Lon continues to teach regularly at Elevate across our MMA and striking classes.
