Mikey began training in martial arts at the age of 8. He started with boxing, kickboxing and Thai Boxing, before finding Jiujitsu. Last year, at the age of 24, he was promoted to Black Belt in BJJ.
Mikey’s classes are for all levels and combine techniques and skills from a board range of martial arts including BJJ (both Gi and No Gi) as well as wrestling and striking. He aims to create an environment where all can join in, succeed and perform to their best. He is a big believer in unifying mind and body for better physical and mental health and is always happy to discuss each person’s martial arts journey before and after classes.
