Joanna is a black belt and the founder of Women’s Self Defense UK, a platform that empowers vulnerable members of the public and offers practical solutions when tackling verbal and physical conflict. Apart from running self-defence workshops, she is a full time Brazilian Jiu Jitsu professor.
Joanna has been training, coaching and competing in a variety of combat sports throughout her life, including kickboxing, submission wrestling, BJJ and judo. She is passionate about guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle.
